The iOS app records the checkpoint's registered tag ID rather than reading the physical tag. Auto-detect missed patrols and lone-worker alerts keep field teams safe. Supervisor dashboards display live patrol heat maps for instant operational awareness.
ARC Alarm Monitoring
Full Alarm Receiving Centre module — ingest Contact ID and SIA DC signals over IP; five panel brands (Texecom, DSC, Paradox, Risco, Ajax) have fingerprint signatures for automatic identification. Auto-escalate to the nearest available patrol unit based on live GPS position. An EN 50518-shaped ARC workflow with a complete audit trail for every incident. Not certified to EN 50518.
Smart Dispatch
Incident-to-officer matching scores every candidate on four weighted factors at once — proximity (40%), skill qualification (25%), current task load (20%) and shift time remaining (15%) — and ranks them in a single pass. The weights are deterministic and auditable, so a dispatcher can always explain why one officer ranked above another. Response time SLA tracking surfaces bottlenecks before they breach contract. Officers receive jobs via the MeGuard mobile app; clients track response progress in real time.
M-Pesa Payroll Automation
Attendance-driven payroll calculated from verified patrol records — no manual timesheets. Direct disbursement via M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, and Airtel Money. NHIF, NSSF, and PAYE deductions computed automatically with full compliance for Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania statutory requirements.
ONVIF CCTV Integration
Connect any ONVIF-compliant IP camera to the MeGuard platform. Live view and event-clip retrieval. AI motion detection generates tagged clips ready to attach to incident reports. Camera health monitoring raises automatic alerts on feed loss or tampering.
Cross-PSC Marketplace
PSCs list excess guard capacity on the marketplace; clients request verified temporary cover from partner companies. Every guard is background-checked and carries a public rating. Revenue share between PSCs is handled automatically — no manual reconciliation required.
