Lindela
Lindela is a sovereign intelligence and defence platform for defence forces, peacekeeping missions, and civilian agencies — fusing open-source feeds, sensor data and field reports into one operational picture, and carrying that picture through the full battle-management cycle from mission planning to battle-damage assessment. In production with IGAD, the Eastern Africa Standby Force and the African Union.
What Lindela actually covers
Not a module list — the working surfaces, grouped the way an operator meets them. Seven-discipline INT fusion underneath all of it: OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, SOCMINT, FININT and COMINT.
Battle management, end to end
The doctrinal cycle, not a dashboard: MDMP mission planning, course-of-action analysis, ORBAT and blue-force tracking, a common operational picture, and a battle-rhythm sync matrix that sequences shift handover, reporting and re-tasking.
Battle-damage assessment
Per-target assessment with pre-strike and post-strike imagery paired side by side, CNN-assisted damage classification from very-high-resolution imagery, an operator-confirmed score, and optional foundation-model rationale. The model classifies; the operator decides, and the override is recorded.
Targeting and fires
The D3A cycle — decide, detect, deliver, assess — with F3EAD lessons feeding back in. High-payoff and time-sensitive target lists, engagement areas and kill zones, and a counter-terrorism targeting workflow alongside the conventional one.
ISR and collection management
Sensor tasking, coverage mapping, and a sync matrix that ties collection to the operations cycle rather than to habit. Imagery dispatch, full-motion video review, and space tasking through the satellite acquisition service.
Wargaming and course-of-action evaluation
A wargaming workspace for evaluating courses of action before commitment, with analysis, a builder, multiplayer sessions and rehearsal support. Its outputs feed the MDMP recommendation rather than sitting in a separate tool.
Counter-systems and EMCON
Counter-UAS, counter-IED, CBRN and emission control as first-class surfaces, alongside CEMA, the information environment and electromagnetic signature control.
Coalition and interoperability
Coalition partner identity and access mapping, USMTF message templates, Cursor-on-Target bridging, and federated mission networking — so partner data can be shared without collapsing the access boundaries between nations.
Reporting and after-action review
Intelligence summaries, spot reports and situation reports from the reporting workspaces, feeding after-action review and lessons learned so the next cycle starts from what actually happened rather than from what was intended.
Beyond defence
The same platform carries early warning, election monitoring, humanitarian response, disaster management, geopolitical analysis and counter-intelligence — which is why early warning is in fact a larger part of the system than the battle-management workspace.
